Studies have shown that immersing yourself in the natural world can work wonders for your immune system, lower your blood pressure, and even lift your spirits. So, come on out and let nature work its magic!
We will draw on the principles of a practice often referred to as “Forest Bathing” to experience the natural world in new health-enhancing ways.
Connie holds a 150 hour certificate in Shinrin Yoku from the Centre of Excellence and has years of experience leading guided meditations.
Although the quarter-mile trail to the River is not ADA, it is relatively flat and the walking pace will be slow. This program lasts 1.5 hours and will finish with a tea service in the woods.
Wear comfortable layers adequate for the weather.
