Facility Rental
The River Center’s facilities and grounds are available for all occasions–from weddings and parties to business meetings, as well as for lectures, and classes. See our rental prices here. The entire facility can be rented, or just the rooms you need. All rooms are wired for wi-fi. Rental options include:
Rainshadow Hall
130-seat meeting room with retractable dividing wall, podium, audio-visual equipment including mics and cameras for teleconferencing, and computer driven 150-inch nanolumens high definition screen. The room includes several seating options, (6-seat folding round tables and rectangular folding tables), podium, and beverage service area with bar sink and pass-through to the catering kitchen. Room seats 102 at tables. Doors open to the kitchen, atrium, and to the Riverside plaza
Riverside Room
18-seat conference room with windows facing the bridge, 85-inch computer driven high-definition screen, teleconferencing, rectangular tables, chairs, minifridge, microwave, sink and countertop.
Riverside Plaza
150-seat plaza with concrete surface, adjacent to raingarden, with stairway to historic railroad bridge and Olympic Discovery Trail. Can be tented. Electrical outlets for amplifiers, string lighting, and outdoor service window to “Hurricane Coffee at the River” for espresso, specialty non-alcoholic drinks, and pastries. Additional tables/chairs may be rented from outside providers with approval to expand capacity to 200.
The River Center’s landscaped, lighted parking lot (90 vehicles, electric vehicle recharging station) and field can also be tented for events.
Demand is high. We recommend you book your event as soon as possible. Rental and damage deposits are required. If you plan to serve alcohol, permits must be acquired.
