OPAS Field Trip: “Birding for Everyone”

“Birding for Everyone”

Date and Time: Saturday, March 15th at 9:00 a.m.

Participant limit: 15 — Registration and signed liability release form required.

Free.

Meeting Place: Carrie Blake Park —We will meet in the parking lot at the south end of the soccer field.

Features: This is part of a series of birdwatching field trips that are geared toward those who would like to learn about the birds they see in their yards and neighborhoods. This is meant to be a field trip for beginners.

Bring: Binoculars if you have one. We will have spotting scopes set up for those who don’t. Dress for the weather.

Special Requirements: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We will be staying on the paved paths at Carrie Blake Park.

Liability Form: We ask field trip participants to sign a liability release form on or before the day of the trip. This signed form will be good for future field trips.
