Immerse yourself in nature while learning about native bee populations!
There will be a Native Bee Talk Friday, June 27th 6:30PM at the River Center (Rainshadow Hall). Led by Alex Wilson, you will learn about native bees within the bee-autiful Dungeness Watershed, and what you can do to support native bee populations! The talk is FREE and open to all, no registration needed.
There will be a Native Bee Walk Saturday, June 28th 11am-3pm. Led by bee specialist Ingrid Carmean, this walk will begin at the Dungeness River Nature Center and end at Maryln Nelson County Park. Attendees will carpool from the River Center to the County Park. Come prepared to walk trails in search of bee species! Hands lens will be provided.
