Spring Fling Teams

Although members of a Spring Fling team share an activity in common, such as walking, they may do the activity with or without their team mates. In other words, each team member sets his or her own schedule. Some teams have a specific goal and others do not. For example, the Spring Strollers aim to walk 30 miles in 30 days.

Have fun with Spring Fling! Whether you form a team, join a team, or participate on your own, you’re contributing to the well-being of the River Center, Railroad Bridge Park, and our community. Remember that to qualify for awards and prizes, participants above age 16 must either raise or donate at least $50. Participants age16 or younger, must raise or donate at least $1.00 for each year of age.

The Spring Fling guided walks, hikes, and bike rides listed below and in the events calendar are open to all. These events are free to Spring Fling participants, and you may count the distance covered or species seen toward your total. A $5.00 donation is requested from those not participating in Spring Fling.
